School Trip to Cavan Town
Our pupils had a wonderful day out on our recent trip to Cavan Town, with lots of opportunities for fun, learning and exploring.
Our first stop was Con Smith Park, where weenjoyed a picnic together before having lots of fun in the playground. It was a great opportunity to relax, play and enjoy the outdoors with our friends.
We then made our way to Johnston Central Library, where we were given an interesting tour of the library. The children enjoyed learning about the library and all the services and resources available there.
Next, we visited Cavan Courthouse for a fascinating tour of the building and its courtrooms. The children had the opportunity to see where court cases take place and learn more about the work of the courts.
To finish off a busy day, we headed to Ruddens for a well-deserved ice cream. This was a very popular stop and the perfect way to end our trip!
It was a fantastic day filled with fun, learning and new experiences, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cavan Town.
